Overnight: 1 business day Shipping Policy Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the following business day during regular business hours. Shipping charges for all products except Gift Certificates are derived from the total order amount. Shipping Costs for Gift Certificates are a flat rate of $10.00 for each ship-to address. Apparel and Other non-perishables: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Please retain all packing materials and products and return to the address below. (Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. However, replacements will be shipped to you by Il Mulino free of charge.
