When you order products from IL MULINO you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb – right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

2. Second Day: 2 Business Days
3. Overnight: 1 business day
Shipping Policy
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur
additional shipping charges. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the following business day during regular business hours.
Shipping charges for all products except Gift Certificates are derived from the total order amount.
Shipping Costs for Gift Certificates are a flat rate of $10.00 for each ship-to address.

Tracking your Package
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you after your order is submitted. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Returns and Exchanges
Perishable Items cannot be returned unless customer receives merchandise damaged.
Apparel and Other non-perishables:
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Please retain all packing materials and products and return to the address below. (Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. However, replacements will be shipped to you by Il Mulino free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling (212) 223-9497.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return (please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns).
Gift Orders
Your personalized message will be enclosed with each gift order.
It may be necessary to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value within a gift collection in order to meet your requested delivery date.
